My Chemical Romance Planetary GO!
Music Video Free
My Chemical Romance who have won two NME awards and just finished their UK tour chose a smaller venue to record their new music video free from outside entry and with a few hundred of their fans. The venue that was chosen for this was the Islington Academy in London and at the reasonable price of only £4 for two tickets; they might as well have made entry to the recording of the music video free. This was to be their last performance in the UK prior to departing to tour mainland Europe. Islington Academy, located in a shopping centre in London, is only an 800 person venue and just 250 pairs of tickets were sold to lucky fans that got to listen to a very intimate show and set list by the band before and after the recording of the music video free of extra charge.
The doors opened at 7pm and the band was expected to be on stage at 8pm. Upon arriving, you would be witness to a variety of strange costumes and brightly dressed fans; from neon wristbands and leather, brightly coloured plastic guns and an array of animal costumes such as a bear and a cow. With still hours of the show to go, the energy was pulsing through the crowd in full force as the fans of My Chemical Romance waited for Gerard, Mikey, Ray and Frank to appear on stage.
The air of excitement only increased as the time drew closer for the band to appear on stage and fans were unable to contain their excitement when My Chemical Romance finally arrived. Hysteria erupts in the crowd as the band gets on stage and Gerard Way's red hair strangely compliments the vast array of different colour choices in the room. The stage was set for their first song 'Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)' and the band grins from ear to ear as the crowd sings along to every word. By the second song the room is hot and thick with excitement as fans raise their arms and scream out the lyrics to 'Vampire Money'. After the second song, front man Gerard Way turns to his audience and asks which song they would prefer to hear; 'Our Lady of Sorrows' or 'House of Wolves'. The choice is almost unanimous to play the former, a track from their less recent 'Bullets' album and guitarist Frank Iero smiles even wider as they perform the classic My Chemical Romance song.
Music Video Free - My Chemical Romance 'Planetary (GO!)'
After a number of other tracks including popular songs such as 'Teenagers', 'I'm Not Okay (I Promise)', 'Helena' and 'Bulletproof Heart', it was time for the main feature. The filming for 'Planetary (GO!)' was to be done over three to four takes and after repeating the song several times, the audience was still full of energy and enthusiasm. Even after this, the show was not over and My Chemical Romance played 'Vampires Will Never Hurt You' as an encore to end their set. Every fan in the room seemed to have an amazing time and contributed towards the making of an awesome music video free to watch online.
